Service Description

What the treatment looks like The therapist begins with a massage of the upper back, shoulders and arms to release tension caused by poor posture and computer work. This is followed by a neck and jaw massage (including buccal and masseter techniques) to release stress and bruxism. Each movement is slow, deliberate and aimed at restoring energy flow and deep peace. Soothing music and aromatic oils round out the entire ritual.

Cancellation Policy

MediSpa Booking and Cancellation Policy Thank you for booking your treatment at MediSpa Skin Clinic – we look forward to seeing you! 🌸 We understand that plans can change, so please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations and No-Shows A cancellation fee of €30 will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to postpone your treatment. Bookings and Changes Appointments can be booked up to 2 hours before the start of the appointment. Cancellations or changes to appointments can be made up to 24 hours in advance. All changes are made by clients themselves via their account at www.medispa.hr → My Reservations. (Cancellations cannot be made via email or social media.) Why do we ask for card details To secure your appointment. To protect our staff in the event of late cancellations or no-shows. To ensure a fair treatment for all clients as we cannot always fill last minute gaps. Membership and “One-Time Pass” We know that unforeseen situations happen! MediSpa members are entitled to one free waiver per year – meaning they will not be charged for one late cancellation, change of appointment or no-show. 👉 Membership is completely free – ask our staff how to join!
