Our laser specialist offers hair removal for all skin types, using the Soprano Laser machine which has painlessly helped literally hundreds of men and women achieve smoother, hair-free skin. The Soprano Laser machine is one of the most advanced laser hair removal systems on the market and is extremely popular due to the comfort of the treatment and the effective results the machine achieves. Laser hair removal is the process of removing unwanted hair by exposing it to pulses of laser light that destroy the hair follicle. The melanin pigment in the hair attracts and absorbs the energy released by the handheld device as it passes over the treatment area. . The gradual and precise build-up of heat damages the hair structure, which will fall out over the course of 2-3 weeks following the treatment. The hair follicle’s ability to grow hair is compromised so that hair growth in that particular follicle will not reoccur. Before booking a course of treatment, all clients receive a free consultation and patch test, where you can meet your therapist, experience the procedure before proceeding with the treatment. During this consultation, the treatment is fully explained and the therapist will advise you on the best course of action. The treatment is not suitable if you are pregnant, suffer from vitiligo, diabetes, herpes, a history of keloid scars, lupus, excessively dry skin, hyperpigmentation, active eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer or epilepsy. Certain medications and herbal treatments that cause photosensitivity will also prevent laser hair removal. Please note that you must thoroughly shave the area to be treated either the evening before your appointment or the morning of your visit. The area must be smooth to the touch in order for the laser treatment to be effective.

MediSpa Booking and Cancellation Policy Thank you for booking your treatment at MediSpa Skin Clinic – we look forward to seeing you! 🌸 We understand that plans can change, so please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations and No-Shows A cancellation fee of €30 will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to postpone your treatment. Bookings and Changes Appointments can be booked up to 2 hours before the start of the appointment. Cancellations or changes to appointments can be made up to 24 hours in advance. All changes are made by clients themselves via their account at www.medispa.hr → My Reservations. (Cancellations cannot be made via email or social media.) Why do we ask for card details To secure your appointment. To protect our staff in the event of late cancellations or no-shows. To ensure a fair treatment for all clients as we cannot always fill last minute gaps. Membership and “One-Time Pass” We know that unforeseen situations happen! MediSpa members are entitled to one free waiver per year – meaning they will not be charged for one late cancellation, change of appointment or no-show. 👉 Membership is completely free – ask our staff how to join!
