Service Description
DEKA Rejuvenate is a gentle, non-ablative laser treatment for skin rejuvenation and revitalization, designed to give a fresher, smoother and more radiant appearance without aggressively treating the skin's surface. The DEKA system's Moveo technology uses controlled laser energy in continuous motion with contact cooling of the skin, making the treatment extremely comfortable and ideal for clients who want visible skin rejuvenation without pain, peeling and a long recovery period. The treatment helps improve the appearance of skin texture and tone, fine lines, enlarged pores and a tired complexion, giving the skin a fresher, more even and well-groomed appearance. The approach and intensity are adapted to the treatment area and individual skin condition. DEKA Rejuvenate is perfect as a "lunchtime" treatment: quick, pleasant and easy to fit into the workday, with a return to daily obligations immediately after the appointment. It can be booked as a single glow treatment or as part of a regular skin quality maintenance plan.
Cancellation Policy
MediSpa Booking and Cancellation Policy Thank you for booking your treatment at MediSpa Skin Clinic – we look forward to seeing you! 🌸 We understand that plans can change, so please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations and No-Shows A cancellation fee of €30 will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to postpone your treatment. Bookings and Changes Appointments can be booked up to 2 hours before the start of the appointment. Cancellations or changes to appointments can be made up to 24 hours in advance. All changes are made by clients themselves via their account at www.medispa.hr → My Reservations. (Cancellations cannot be made via email or social media.) Why do we ask for card details To secure your appointment. To protect our staff in the event of late cancellations or no-shows. To ensure a fair treatment for all clients as we cannot always fill last minute gaps. Membership and “One-Time Pass” We know that unforeseen situations happen! MediSpa members are entitled to one free waiver per year – meaning they will not be charged for one late cancellation, change of appointment or no-show. 👉 Membership is completely free – ask our staff how to join! Personal belongings MediSpa is not responsible for personal belongings left in the salon area. ✨ Thank you for following our rules – it helps us provide the best service to everyone. ✨
