Cancellation Policy

MediSpa – Reservation, cancellation and package rules Reservations: possible up to 2 hours before the appointment. Cancellation/change of appointment no later than 24 hours in advance, exclusively via your account at www.medispa.hr → My reservations. Cancellations via e-mail or social networks are not valid. Delays of more than 15 minutes may cause the treatment to be postponed. Cancellations and no-shows: cancellation within 24 hours or no-show = €30 fee. In this case, the treatment from the package is removed as used. Treatment packages: non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for money or used for other treatments. There are no refunds for unused or partially used packages. 7-treatment package: discount is only valid with full prepayment, before the first treatment. It does not apply retroactively and cannot be combined with other discounts, Loyalty benefits or promotions. Package payment: the package is only active after payment has been received. In the case of a bank payment, a confirmed payment is required (not only a confirmation of sending). Without payment before the appointment, the treatment is charged at an individual price. Loyalty follow-up benefit: temporary price for customers who continue the recommended plan. Valid only for individual follow-up treatments, cannot be combined with packages, discounts or coupons, and cannot be used to purchase packages. MediSpa may change or terminate it at any time. Promotional offers: valid only in the specified period and under the specified conditions. Offers for the first treatment are not valid for packages, follow-up treatments or existing bookings. They cannot be combined with packages or Loyalty benefits. Membership and "One-Time Pass": Free membership provides one free late cancellation/no-show waiver per year. It does not change the rules of the package - unused treatment from the package is still considered used, except with exceptional staff approval. Card details: required to secure appointments and protect against late cancellations/no-shows. The card is not charged in advance unless clearly stated. Personal belongings: MediSpa is not responsible for items left in the salon. By making a reservation, purchasing a package or using the benefits, you agree to these policies.
