It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy. 

 

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

Privacy Policy - The Basics 

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.

REFUND & PACKAGE POLICY

General Terms

By purchasing any service, package or product from MediSpa Skin Clinic, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full. These terms form part of every purchase and apply from the moment payment is made.

Service Packages

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

All treatment packages purchased from MediSpa Skin Clinic:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are non-transferable to another person

  • Cannot be exchanged for other services or products

  • Cannot be converted into monetary credit

By purchasing a package, the client accepts these conditions without exception.

Package Validity

Package validity begins on the date of purchase, not on the date of the first treatment.

Laser Hair Removal Packages

Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Tattoo Removal Packages

Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

After the expiry date:

  • Any unused treatments are forfeited

  • Extensions are not available

  • Refunds are not available

  • Exchanges are not available

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

  • Booking appointments in a timely manner

  • Following the recommended treatment intervals

  • Using the package within the validity period

MediSpa Skin Clinic is not responsible for unused treatments resulting from:

  • Personal commitments

  • Travel

  • Pregnancy

  • Change of mind

  • Delays in booking appointments

  • Illness, except where otherwise required by law

Individual Treatments

Individual treatments:

  • Apply only to the booked appointment

  • Cannot be retrospectively added to a package

  • Are non-refundable once the treatment has been performed

In cases of non-attendance or cancellation without sufficient notice, MediSpa reserves the right to charge for the appointment or deduct the treatment from an active package in accordance with the clinic's booking and cancellation policy.

Products

Product returns are governed by MediSpa's separate product return policy.

Please note:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned

  • Hygiene and skincare products cannot be returned due to a change of mind

  • Allergic or individual reactions do not constitute grounds for a refund

Final Provisions

MediSpa Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the official website.
